WARNING! On May 18, 2020, the preliminary defense of Master's Thesis will take place

May 18, 2020 at 14:00 at a meeting of the Department of Power Supply, which will be organized through the application ZOOM, will be a preliminary defense of master's Theses. Full-time students and foreign students must submit finished works, designed in accordance with the requirements of Igor Sikorsky Kyov Polytechnic Institute, abstracts and make a presentation of their work.

Based on the availability of all necessary documents and reports of undergraduates, the staff of the department will decide on the admission of undergraduates to the defense in accordance with the schedule.

Scientific and research practice for students from other countries

Students at the IEE Power supply department, who had arrived in Ukraine from all over the world seeking higher education and who had been studying at the English-taught study programs, now are working on their scientific and research practice. One of the tasks is to work with equipment of the solar photovoltaic plant under the supervision of IEE teachers – Yurii Veremiichuk and Denys Derevianko. The solar photovoltaic plant with installed capacity 3,5 kW was designed and installed on the roof of the academic building 22 in the framework of implementing the government research project “Research of integrated consumers energy supply systems optimal functioning with electric and thermal energy accumulation” in 2019.
