The next online session, focused on academic mobility opportunities for students of the Educational and Research Institute of Energy Saving and Energy Management (IEE) at Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute, took place on 8 September 2026. Considering the safety conditions, the participants agreed to record the event and share the materials via the university’s official platforms.
Yuliia Chernetska, IEE Academic Mobility Coordinator, prepared a presentation on the essentials of academic mobility, IEE students’ participation in short-term and long-term exchange programmes in 2024–2026, IEE’s work to expand academic mobility programmes, and ways for students to get involved in such programmes.
IEE students shared their personal experiences of participating in academic mobility programmes:
- Bohdan Demchenko, group GN-51mp — studying at the University of South-Eastern Norway;
- Oleksandr Shapovalov, group GN-51mp — traineeship at Hamm-Lippstadt University of Applied Sciences and studies at Leibniz University Hannover;
- Daria Bobrovska, group GN-51mn — traineeship at Hamm-Lippstadt University of Applied Sciences;
- Hanna Rudiak, group GN-61mn — studying at the University of Southern Denmark and Hanze University of Applied Sciences.
