On 14 May 2026, the next online meeting took place, focusing on academic mobility opportunities for students of the Institute of Energy Saving and Energy Management (IEE), Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute.
During the event, Yulia Chernetska, the IEE academic mobility coordinator, presented information on the institute’s students’ participation in short-term and long-term academic mobility programmes in 2024-2025. Participants were familiarised with the main stages of the competitive selection process conducted by the Academic Mobility Department, as well as the specifics of document processing before and after the completion of mobility programmes. Particular attention was paid to the academic mobility opportunities for IEE students within the framework of the DAAD-funded project MERIT-Ukraine (presentation).
IEE students shared their personal experiences of participating in academic mobility programmes:
• Bogdan Demchenko and Vitalii Paliy, group GN-51mp – participants in the study programme at the University of South-Eastern Norway;
• Hanna Rudyak, group ON-21 – a participant in the study programme at Hanze University of Applied Sciences (Netherlands).
