Summer internship at Otto von Guericke University Magdeburg
From 6 to 31 July 2026, Kateryna Kononenko (HN-31) and Tymofii Stulii (HE-31) completed a summer internship at Otto von Guericke University Magdeburg through the Joint Ukrainian-German Centre.
The programme included laboratory work in acoustics and ultrasound, measurement technology, electric motor control, metalworking and fuel cells. Students prepared a report in a chosen field, presented their results and discussed them with host university lecturers. Work on an induction motor test bench included star and delta connections and investigation of normal and fault operating conditions.

Energy audit of residence hall No. 7
On 30 June 2026, students of the Energy Management and Energy-Efficient Technologies programme worked with department lecturers to inspect residence hall No. 7. Using department equipment, they performed measurements, examined building engineering systems and analysed the energy performance of a real facility.
